His tenure included driving advancements in artificial intelligence and digital transformation—areas that are increasingly vital in modern defence strategies. Pogue has also held leadership roles at MDA Government’s Defence Space portfolio and General Dynamics Mission Systems Canada, equipping him with a broad perspective on industry challenges and opportunities.
