Hickton, who brings over 30 years of executive experience, is currently the Chair, CEO, and President of Cumberland Additive, Inc. Her previous roles include Executive Vice President and President of the Critical Mission Solutions division at Jacobs Solutions Inc., and CEO of RTI International Metals, Inc. With a strong background in leadership and a proven track record in multiple sectors, Hickton is expected to contribute significantly to CMC’s strategic growth and innovation initiatives.
The addition of Hickton expands CMC's Board of Directors from nine to ten members, with nine being independent. Chairman Robert S.
