Hydro Flask Partners with Arbor® Snowboards for Innovative Product Launch
Arbor® Snowboards announces a multi-year partnership with Hydro Flask®, a brand under Helen of Troy Limited, aimed at launching a series of limited-edition water bottles that align with Arbor’s upcoming snowboard releases. Set to kick off in Fall 2025, this collaboration signifies a strategic move to combine lifestyle and athletic performance within the snowboarding community. The partnership is centered around professional snowboarder Red Gerard, who represents both brands and is gearing up for the 2026 Olympics. This collaboration not only emphasizes the synergy between the brands but also highlights their mutual commitment to supporting athletes.
The first product, the Hydro Flask x Arbor Rain Water Bottle, is designed to visually complement Arbor's new Rain snowboard, which features artwork by Ian Rhuter. This product launch illustrates how Hydro Flask's ethos, rooted in surf, skate, and snowboard culture, resonates with Arbor's mission to foster creativity and community. Larry Witt, president of the Home & Outdoor division at Helen of Troy, underscores the importance of this partnership, noting that it reflects the shared values of both brands. As they work together, they aim to create functional products that enhance the snowboarding experience while celebrating the culture surrounding the sport.
In addition to the Rain Water Bottle, the partnership will also introduce the Red Gerard pro model snowboard, the Red Pro, set to be released in limited quantities at select retailers in Fall 2025. This launch is significant as it includes a youth version called the Red Am, a project that Gerard is particularly passionate about. Arbor's General Manager, Matt Patty, emphasizes that this collaboration is merely the beginning of their efforts to merge lifestyle, creativity, and community engagement within the snowboarding industry. As the partnership evolves, it promises to bring innovative products that resonate with athletes and enthusiasts alike.
In other developments, Arbor and Hydro Flask aim to leverage this partnership to strengthen their positions within the outdoor sports market. By aligning their brands with renowned athletes like Red Gerard, they seek to attract a wider audience and foster deeper connections with their consumers. This collaboration not only enhances product offerings but also reinforces both brands’ commitment to supporting the snowboarding lifestyle through community-driven initiatives.
