Nabors Industries provides offshore platform drilling rigs in the U.S. and internationally, operating five segments and offering various drilling technologies and services. Its fleet includes approximately 171 AC rigs and 117 international land-based rigs.
NBR has been in the news recently: Nabors Industries' SANAD joint venture in Saudi Arabia is set to resume operations for two rigs in March and June 2026 after a temporary suspension. The company has also initiated a $550 million offering of senior priority guaranteed notes due 2032 to refinance existing debt, receiving credit rating upgrades from S&P and Fitch in the process.
