T.TO has been in the news recently: TELUS Corp. became the first Canadian company to adopt the Hiroshima AI Process Reporting Framework, enhancing global accountability in artificial intelligence. Additionally, the company received the highest percentage of telecom complaints in Canada, accounting for 19.7% of a total of 11,909 complaints, while also celebrating 20 years of community service with over 83,000 volunteers in May 2025.
