Arras Minerals Corp. Enhances Exploration Strategy with New Drilling Initiatives

Arras Minerals Corp. is set to bolster its exploration efforts at the Elemes Project by mobilizing a second drill rig as part of its Phase 2 drill program, which is scheduled to commence later this month. This strategic move follows the successful completion of comprehensive geophysical surveys, including a 1,000 line-kilometre ground magnetic survey and a 65 square-kilometre vector-induced polarization (IP) survey over the Berezski and Aimandai targets. These surveys are crucial in refining drilling targets, allowing the company to effectively identify drill-ready sites based on the promising results obtained thus far. The ongoing exploration also encompasses an 80-line kilometre pole-dipole IP survey and a substantial 5,000-meter drill program, following notable previous intercepts such as 547 meters at 0.70% CuEq and 261 meters at 0.64% CuEq from the Berezski Target.

CEO Tim Barry expresses optimism regarding the initial findings of the 2025 field program, emphasizing the significance of the recently completed surveys in directing exploration efforts. The data obtained from the ground magnetic and vector IP surveys has been instrumental in identifying areas of interest, which are expected to yield valuable insights into the mineralization potential of the Elemes Project. As Arras progresses with its drilling initiatives, it aims to uncover deeper mineralized systems, enhancing its prospects for discovery in this strategically important region of Kazakhstan.

In a related strategic decision, Arras Minerals has chosen to terminate its US$15 million option agreement with Copperbelt AG concerning the Beskauga Project. Instead, the company prioritizes its resources towards advancing new exploration opportunities within its expansive 3,300 square kilometre land package in Kazakhstan. This move underscores Arras's commitment to optimizing its exploration strategy and maximizing the value of its extensive assets, positioning the company for future growth and development in a competitive mining landscape.

As Arras Minerals continues to push forward with its exploration initiatives, the focus remains on leveraging advanced geophysical techniques and strategic resource allocation to unlock the potential of its projects in Kazakhstan. The ongoing drilling efforts and data-driven approach signify a robust framework for future exploration, aiming to attract further development opportunities in the region.
