Colombian mills ramp toward half‑million ounce target
Aris Mining is advancing a rapid production expansion at its two Colombian underground gold operations, pushing toward a targeted annual run‑rate of 500,000 ounces. The company reports consolidated production of about 257,000 ounces in 2025 and is bringing a second mill at Segovia into service after commissioning in June 2025; that mill is now ramping up throughput and contributing to higher near‑term output. At Marmato, construction of a carbon‑in‑pulp (CIP) plant is underway with first gold expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, a development Aris expects to materially increase recoveries and throughput at that operation.
Operational execution focuses on integrating the new mill and the Marmato CIP plant while maintaining underground mining continuity across both mines. Management emphasizes staged ramp‑up to preserve free cash flow and support steady production growth from brownfield expansions and increased mill capacity. Aris believes the combination of current production, mill optimisation and the Marmato upgrade positions the company to pursue longer‑term ambitions of one million ounces from its 100%‑owned mines and development projects, contingent on successful exploration and further project delivery.
The company is sequencing capital and operational milestones to balance growth with cashflow generation, using the revenue stream from existing mining and the Segovia mill ramp to fund Marmato construction and exploration. Experienced operations teams at Segovia and Marmato are driving commissioning activities and targeting plant reliability gains that underpin the production guidance. Aris continues brownfield work and local development to unlock ore continuity and improve recovery rates across its Colombian portfolio.
U.S. listing move aims to broaden visibility
Separately, Aris Mining receives approval to transfer its U.S. listing from the NYSE American to the New York Stock Exchange and will change its U.S. trading symbol from ARMN to ARIS to match its Toronto listing. Shares cease trading on the NYSE American after market close on Feb. 18, 2026, and begin trading on the NYSE in pre‑market on Feb. 19, 2026; shareholders are not required to take action. Senior management plans to be on the NYSE floor and participate in the Closing Bell ceremony that day.
Corporate strategy anchored in South America
Founded in September 2022 to create a South America‑focused gold company, Aris stresses scale, diversification and disciplined execution through experienced leadership, operational excellence and governance. CEO Neil Woodyer says the NYSE transfer better reflects the portfolio’s growing scale and quality while the company pursues production growth, exploration upside and efficient use of cashflow to fund development.
