One year after their introduction, these AMRs have proven their efficacy in supporting both the welding and final assembly workshops. With a total deployment plan of 435 AMRs, more than 270 are currently operational and contributing to daily vehicle outputs ranging from 800 to 1,000 units. In the welding workshop, 121 AMRs automate the delivery of 32 different parts, efficiently fulfilling over 50% of the material demands for body assembly. Meanwhile, the final assembly area benefits from the efforts of 150 AMRs, which transport 95 distinct parts and cater to nearly 80% of its material needs. This deployment significantly eases the internal logistics challenges associated with coordinated part delivery, thus enhancing overall production efficiency.
