Beijing unit secures multi-company computing hardware orders
CIMG Inc. says its Beijing subsidiary, Beijing Xinmiao Shidai Technology Development Co., Ltd., signs five sales contracts for computing power hardware with multiple firms including Guangzhou Liangjingjing Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Herunsheng Technology Development Co., Ltd., Tianjin Weixinda Technology Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Lanhai Interaction Technology Co., Ltd. The agreements, executed between December 2025 and January 2026, total about $2 million including taxes and cover two product categories: computing servers and power electronic components. CIMG frames the deals as targeted at cloud service providers and industrial enterprise customers as it expands its footprint in core computing power infrastructure.
The contracts underscore CIMG’s emphasis on supplying hardware tied to artificial intelligence workloads and broader data centre buildouts. Management says the orders reflect rising demand for on-premise and co-located computing infrastructure as large-scale AI models deploy and China advances the “East Data West Computing” strategy. The company positions the sales within a push to offer scenario-based computing solutions that match differing technical needs and budgets, integrating servers and power electronics suited for cloud, AI and industrial edge environments.
CIMG anticipates the agreements to contribute to its operating results in 2026 and says it is monitoring contract execution and revenue recognition closely. The company highlights that these sales are part of a broader plan to expand computing power facility services, combining hardware supply with services to capture opportunities from global AI industry growth. CIMG continues to present these deals as evidence of demand for computing infrastructure and as reinforcing its competitive positioning in the AI computing power sector.
CEO frames computing power as strategic asset
Alice Wang, CIMG’s chairperson and chief executive officer, says computing power has evolved into a strategic asset comparable to semiconductors and energy. She affirms the company’s focus on the AI computing power sector, noting that CIMG provides end-to-end services — including hardware configuration, equipment installation and debugging, optimization and after-sales support — to address compatibility issues common in traditional procurement.
Corporate profile and client mix
CIMG is a business group that specialises in digital health and sales development while pursuing a cryptocurrency-focused strategy that leverages AI and assets such as Bitcoin and stablecoins. Its disclosed client portfolio includes Kangduoyuan, Maca-Noni, Qianmao, Huomao and Coco-mango, and the company says the recent contracts demonstrate alignment with current market trends toward expanded computing infrastructure.
