Partnering with Yizhimei Technology, the company launches an 18-month channel sales strategy via its variable interest entity, Guozhong Times (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. The primary focus of this initiative is the commercialization of acoustic-driven haircare robots, targeting a substantial segment of the USD 215 billion beauty industry. The plan is ambitious, with Datasea aiming to deploy approximately 10,000 "effective market terminals" in both health management and consumer service environments.
The deployment strategy comprises two main channels: the Venue-Owner Channel and the Adoption and Penetration Channel. The Venue-Owner Channel is particularly noteworthy, as it aims to penetrate around 3,000 health lifestyle venues across China. Datasea plans to sell complete units of its acoustic haircare robots at an internal price of RMB 19,800, approximately USD 2,840, making the technology accessible to a broader market. This approach not only enhances the visibility of the product but also positions Datasea as a key player in the burgeoning health and wellness landscape, where technology-driven solutions are increasingly in demand.
On the other hand, the Adoption and Penetration Channel seeks to establish cooperative arrangements that lower the barriers to entry for potential customers. By focusing on technical service arrangements that provide usage rights for the robots, Datasea aims to create a seamless path for adoption. This channel targets around 4,000 cooperative arrangements, allowing more venues to integrate the technology without the upfront costs associated with purchasing the robots.
