Headline: DXC opens London hub to push AI pilots into production for enterprises

London — DXC Technology opens a Customer Experience Center (CEC) in the City of London designed to move organisations from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale outcomes. The centre brings together a multidisciplinary local team of about 6,000 DXC professionals across the UK and Ireland and links to the company’s global network of some 40,000 developers to co‑create solutions with customers from financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail and the public sector. Located in the heart of London’s business district, the CEC showcases DXC platforms and services spanning automation, generative and agentic AI, AdvisoryX consulting, agentic security operations, and enterprise applications and infrastructure.

DXC positions the CEC as a hands‑on environment where customers work directly with systems architects, software engineers, industry specialists and service delivery teams to design, pilot and scale production‑ready systems. The centre is intended to be a working extension of client transformation programmes rather than a showroom, enabling joint road‑mapping, skills transfer and the definition of measurable KPIs tied to resilience, cost reduction and accelerated decision‑making. DXC says the facility supports governed deployments of generative and agentic AI and integrates its services, platforms and managed operations to convert prototypes into repeatable, auditable solutions.

As part of expanding regional AI capability, DXC plans to hire about 150 AI specialists in the UK and Ireland to bolster delivery capacity and link customers to broader industry specialists and system architects. Company leaders frame the investment as practical support for enterprises seeking to scale AI responsibly and quickly, reinforcing DXC’s role as an enterprise technology and innovation partner that aims to deliver measurable business impact from new AI and automation capabilities.

PoloWorks, a Lloyd’s managing agent, expands its use of DXC’s Assure Commercial & Specialty platform after adding three new Lloyd’s syndicates, the companies say. The cloud‑native, API‑enabled platform with integrated AI and no‑code configurability lets syndicates launch and scale rapidly, supports regulatory compliance and reduces duplication of IT spend across syndicates.

DXC also schedules senior executives to appear at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media & Telecom Conference on March 2, where the company will discuss strategy and client momentum. Management plans to present on DXC’s role in modernising and operating complex enterprise technology estates and on accelerating customers’ AI adoption.
