DXC retains top customer-satisfaction standing in Europe
Whitelane study confirms leadership on large European contracts
DXC Technology says it retains a leading position in customer satisfaction across Europe after Whitelane Research’s 2025/2026 European IT Sourcing Study ranks the company among the top three suppliers at a continental level for the second consecutive cycle. The Ashburn, Virginia-based IT services firm is named the leading large IT services supplier for contracts exceeding €20 million and is consistently placed high in overall customer satisfaction among suppliers with more than 150 ratings, Whitelane reports.
The independent study, which surveys more than 2,500 public and private organisations across eight European countries and regions, is based on interviews with 224 customers and evaluates suppliers across multiple service categories. Whitelane rates DXC as a “Strong Performer” in application, cloud and infrastructure, and workplace services, and as an “Exceptional Performer” in security services. In the public sector, DXC earns an “Exceptional Performer” distinction with an 84% customer satisfaction score, underscoring strong government-facing credentials.
Industry observers say the study reinforces DXC’s positioning as a trusted partner for large, complex modernization programmes. Whitelane’s Europe research lead, Jef Loos, highlights that DXC is recognised as a leading supplier in most European countries and has built a solid reputation for dependable delivery. DXC Europe chair Juan Parra says the company continues to deliver outstanding customer experiences and some of the highest satisfaction scores in a competitive market, reflecting investments in customer-centred delivery and technical depth.
Client base and public-sector credentials
DXC stresses decades of experience serving public-sector organisations and large financial clients, citing partnerships with Consip, the European Space Agency and Banco Sabadell in Spain. The company emphasises that those relationships illustrate its ability to manage large, regulated environments and complex legacy-to-cloud transitions while meeting strict compliance and security requirements.
Strategy and market focus
DXC positions itself as the backbone of customer modernization, combining sector-specific knowledge with technical capabilities to deliver practical outcomes that optimise operations, reduce risk and accelerate digital transformation. The firm says it will continue to pursue innovation, strengthen strategic partnerships across European markets and focus on measurable business impact as it supports customers through ongoing modernization efforts.
