DXC wins top customer-satisfaction recognition in Whitelane’s Europe study
DXC Technology is retaining a leading position in Whitelane Research’s 2025/2026 European IT Sourcing Study, underscoring the company’s push to deepen its footprint across European public- and private-sector customers. Whitelane ranks DXC among the top three suppliers for overall customer satisfaction at the European level for the second consecutive study and names it the leading large IT services supplier on contracts above €20 million. The market study surveys more than 2,500 organisations across eight countries and bases supplier ratings on interviews with 224 customers.
The firm’s performance is broad-based: Whitelane classifies DXC as a “Strong Performer” across application, cloud and infrastructure and workplace services, and as an “Exceptional Performer” in security services. In the public sector the company earns an “Exceptional Performer” distinction with an 84% customer-satisfaction score, reflecting its long track record with government clients. Whitelane’s Europe research lead, Jef Loos, says DXC is recognised as a leading supplier in most European countries and has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner.
DXC’s Europe chair, Juan Parra, says the company continues to deliver an outstanding customer experience and some of the highest satisfaction scores in a competitive market, supporting customers through innovative solutions to drive growth. The recognition reinforces DXC’s positioning as a backbone of customer modernisation: the company emphasises deep technical and industry expertise to help clients master complexity, optimise operations, reduce risk and accelerate digital transformation. Notable engagements cited include work with government organisations such as Consip and the European Space Agency, and financial customers including Banco Sabadell.
Service strengths and sector focus
DXC’s standing in the Whitelane study highlights particular strength in security and in handling large, complex contracts where service continuity and tailored delivery models matter. The company is leveraging sector-specific knowledge and integrated technology skills to deliver measurable outcomes for customers across regulated industries and public administration.
Strategic direction across Europe
DXC is using the Whitelane recognition to reinforce its customer-centric delivery and innovation agenda across European markets, and to strengthen strategic partnerships. The company continues to prioritise practical, outcome-driven engagements that aim to modernise legacy systems and accelerate cloud and security transformations for both government and commercial clients.
