Nathan's Famous is opening a new fast-casual restaurant at 628 North 4th Avenue in Tucson, stepping into a neighborhood known for students and visitors near the University of Arizona. The company partners with local franchisee Michael Kramkowski, a developer and community leader who says he intentionally pursues a national brand with authentic heritage to complement Fourth Avenue’s independent spirit.
