NG Energy International Corp. Advances Production Capacity at Sinu-9 and Maria Conchita Projects

NG Energy International Corp. (NGE) outlines a promising operational update for its Sinu-9 and Maria Conchita projects, signaling a significant enhancement in production capabilities. At Sinu-9, the company reports that gas production has stabilized at over 12 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d), with forecasts indicating an increase to a minimum of 15 MMcf/d. This anticipated rise is attributed to the installation of a backup compressor, which is expected to be completed by the end of June 2025. The company emphasizes that the Central Processing Facility (CPF-1) is making headway, with crucial equipment already on-site and the complete installation of dew point handling equipment projected for August 2025. This upgrade is vital, as it will facilitate an overall processing capacity of 45-50 MMcf/d, thus enhancing efficiency and output.

In addition to the immediate enhancements at Sinu-9, NGE is also focused on expanding the transportation capabilities of the site. Currently, the transportation capacity is set at 30 MMcf/d, but a twin pipeline project is underway that aims to double this capacity. The completion of this expansion is scheduled to occur in phases, with expectations to wrap up by the first quarter of 2026. These developments not only reflect NGE's commitment to increasing production but also highlight the strategic investments being made to improve infrastructure and operational efficiency at Sinu-9.

Meanwhile, at the Maria Conchita project, NGE plans to initiate drilling of the Aruchara-4 well in early July 2025. This well seeks to reach depths of 10,000 feet, with production capacity targets set at 28 MMcf/d by September 2025, aligning with the planned tie-in of the well. Following the completion of Aruchara-4, the rig will be repurposed for a workover on the Aruchara-3 well, with the aim of restoring its production capacity. These initiatives demonstrate NGE's proactive approach to optimizing production across its assets, thereby positioning the company for sustained growth in the competitive energy sector.

In related news, NGE announces its intention to extend the expiry date of its warrants for 34,075,000 common shares at $1.08 each to November 2025. This move underscores the company's commitment to maintaining financial flexibility while advancing its operational goals. The strategic focus on enhancing production capacity and infrastructure is set to position NG Energy International Corp. favorably for future growth.
