R4 Returns to Las Vegas as RE/MAX’s Global Growth Summit
RE/MAX Holdings says its flagship R4® conference returns to Las Vegas on Feb. 22–25, 2026, convening thousands of the brand’s agents and brokers at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino under the theme “One Global Network.” The event, which the company markets as its largest global gathering, brings together a network that RE/MAX describes as more than 145,000 agents in over 8,500 offices across more than 120 countries and territories. Organizers position R4 as a forum for scaling business practices, expanding international relationships and reinforcing the RE/MAX brand among productive and professional affiliates.
The conference agenda centers on equipping agents with new tools and actionable skills, with planned updates to Marketing as a Service (MaaS), MAX AI, MAXReferSM, MAXEngageSM and Lead Concierge slated for demonstration. RE/MAX says education programming will focus on technology adoption, lead generation, business planning, consumer trends and leadership development, and leadership teams will announce recent enhancements and forthcoming advancements to the brand’s agent platforms. Learning Tracks, mastermind sessions and hands-on demonstrations aim to enable immediate implementation of new workflows and marketing capabilities at the brokerage and agent levels.
R4’s lineup includes more than 125 industry thought leaders and global influencers, among them RE/MAX CEO Erik Carlson, best‑selling author James Clear, industry trainer Brian Buffini, behavioral researcher Vanessa Van Edwards, sales and leadership expert Ryan Estis, and economist Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D. The company flags major announcements, expanded international networking hours, peer-to-peer masterminds, vendor exhibitions and dedicated broker and team sessions as features intended to help attendees accelerate transactions, increase market share and adapt to evolving consumer expectations worldwide.
Industry acknowledgements amplify RE/MAX momentum
RE/MAX also notes broad industry recognition in 2026, with several executives and affiliates named to prominent real estate rankings and lists. Announced from Denver on Feb. 5, multiple World Headquarters executives and network leaders earn spots on the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200), including CEO Erik Carlson and RE/MAX Canada President Don Kottick, alongside six affiliates highlighted by the company.
The firm reports additional honours on the Inman Power Players list and nine RE/MAX leaders named to RISMedia’s 2026 Real Estate Newsmakers, including Carlson, Kottick, Abby Lee, Chris Lim, Travis Saxton and Debra Beagle. RE/MAX frames these recognitions as validation of its investments in agent‑facing platforms, training, marketing and community programs that aim to boost productivity across its global network.
