R4 Returns to Las Vegas Under "One Global Network"
RE/MAX is bringing its flagship R4 conference back to Las Vegas, convening thousands of agents and brokers at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino from Feb. 22–25, 2026. The event, billed as the brand’s largest global gathering, is centring on the theme "One Global Network" and aims to deliver business growth and international networking for its more than 145,000 agents across 8,500 offices in more than 120 countries.
The conference agenda is emphasising practical tools and platform updates designed to boost agent productivity. Sessions highlight enhancements to Marketing as a Service (MaaS), MAX AI, MAXRefer, MAXEngage and Lead Concierge, alongside hands‑on demonstrations and tailored Learning Tracks. RE/MAX leadership is using the stage to preview recent platform improvements and upcoming advancements intended to speed transactions and improve lead generation.
Education programming at R4 is addressing technology adoption, consumer trends, business planning and leadership skills through more than 125 industry thought leaders and global influencers. Speakers include CEO Erik Carlson, author James Clear, industry veteran Brian Buffini, behavioral researcher Vanessa Van Edwards, sales expert Ryan Estis and economist Elliot Eisenberg. Organisers say expanded international networking hours, peer‑to‑peer masterminds, and dedicated broker and team sessions are designed to help affiliates implement proven models and capture market share amid evolving buyer expectations.
Industry Accolades Reinforce Momentum
Separately, RE/MAX is receiving broad industry recognition that the company says underscores its investment in agent tools and training. Announced from Denver on Feb. 5, 2026, CEO Erik Carlson and RE/MAX Canada President Don Kottick appear on the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200), joined by six other RE/MAX affiliates named to the list or watchlist. Carlson is saying the accolades validate continued investment in technology that helps agents win listings, save time and build business.
The company also notes multiple executives and leaders land on RISMedia’s 2026 Real Estate Newsmakers and the Inman Power Players lists, highlighting RE/MAX’s role in shaping industry strategy and professional standards. RE/MAX presents these recognitions as part of a broader push to combine brand scale with platform innovation, positioning agents for growth in 2026 and beyond.
