The International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) welcomes a new president, William Healey, who assumes the role effective January 1, 2026. Healey, a seasoned professional in the field of property assessment, holds the Residential Evaluation Specialist (RES) designation and has a prominent background serving as the Chief Assessor for the City of Lewiston, Maine. With over 25 years of active involvement in IAAO, Healey has previously held significant positions such as Vice President in 2024 and President-Elect/Treasurer in 2025.
