Customer satisfaction triumph in Whitelane 2025/26 study
DXC Technology is retaining a leading place in European IT services after Whitelane Research’s 2025/2026 European IT Sourcing Study names the company among the top three vendors for overall customer satisfaction for a second consecutive year. Whitelane ranks DXC as the top large IT services supplier for contracts above €20 million, based on suppliers with more than 150 ratings, underlining the company’s strength on large, complex engagements across Europe.
Whitelane’s study surveys more than 2,500 public- and private-sector organisations across eight European countries and regions and is informed by interviews with 224 customers. The report rates DXC as a “Strong Performer” across application, cloud and infrastructure, and workplace services, while elevating it to “Exceptional Performer” in security services. In the public sector Whitelane assigns DXC an “Exceptional Performer” distinction and records an 84% customer satisfaction score.
Whitelane’s Europe research lead Jef Loos says DXC is recognised as a leading supplier in most European countries and has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner. DXC Europe chair Juan Parra says the firm continues to deliver an outstanding customer experience and some of the highest satisfaction scores in a competitive market, attributing the results to customer-centric delivery and solutions that support clients’ growth and digital transformation.
Public-sector credentials and marquee clients
DXC reinforces its public-sector credentials by working with large government organisations such as Consip and the European Space Agency, and it maintains significant financial-services relationships, including with Banco Sabadell in Spain. These engagements underscore decades of public-sector experience that feed into the company’s service offerings and governance capabilities.
Strategy: modernisation, innovation and measurable impact
DXC frames its mission as helping clients modernise by mastering complexity, combining sector-specific knowledge with technical skills to optimise operations, reduce risk and accelerate digital transformation. The company continues to pursue innovation, strengthen strategic partnerships across European markets and emphasise measurable business impact and customer-centric delivery.
