Giacomelli is recognized for his expertise in Lean manufacturing and effective strategic deployment, with a proven history of transforming complex operations across multiple countries, including the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. His academic credentials, which include an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business, an MBA in Financial Management, and a degree in mechanical production engineering, further solidify his capability to lead AAON’s operational strategies effectively.
