AirportLabs is presenting its cloud-native airport operations platform at Passenger Terminal EXPO (PTE) 2026 in London, positioning itself as the digital backbone for airports, airlines and ground handlers. The company demonstrates a composable architecture that synchronises SkyCore AODB, Allegra RMS, VisionAir FIDS and AirportLabs Billing into a single source of truth, aiming to eliminate data silos and keep flight, resource and passenger information in sync. AirportLabs says its stack supports operations that move more than 1.5 billion passengers annually and is engineered for high-pressure, dynamically changing schedules.

The vendor emphasises a “proven-not-promised” approach to digital transformation, showing software that it says can deploy in weeks rather than the years typical of legacy programmes. Live demonstrations at Booth C300 highlight real-time turnaround control, APIs and analytics dashboards, and cloud deployment workflows that the firm says drive faster migration and measurable improvements in on-time performance, resource utilisation and passenger flow. The modular design allows operators to implement individual tools for specific pain points or compose them into an integrated platform without adding operational complexity.

AirportLabs also spotlights a Total Ground Handling solution and additional modular systems for billing consolidation and accurate resource management, arguing that cohesive interoperability across these modules reduces operational friction and lowers costs. Engineers on-site discuss migration paths and present case studies that quantify reduced turnaround times and improved punctuality, framing the offering as practical infrastructure for busy hubs rather than a proof‑of‑concept.
