Davenport, Iowa — American Water’s Iowa subsidiary is launching the American Water Charitable Foundation 2026 Water and Environment Grant Program, inviting community partners to apply for funding for projects that advance clean water, conservation, environmental education, climate variability preparedness and water-based recreation. The program targets nonprofits, schools, municipalities and community groups that serve communities where American Water operates, and it is presented as part of the foundation’s three pillars of giving — Water, People and Communities.
