BW LPG Limited has recently marked a significant milestone in its operations with the successful delivery of the BW Pampero, the seventh vessel in a series of twelve Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGCs) acquired from Avance Gas Holdings Ltd. This strategic acquisition, announced on August 15, 2024, underscores BW LPG’s commitment to expanding its already robust fleet, which currently boasts over 3 million cubic meters (CBM) of carrying capacity. The delivery, which took place on December 7, 2024, further solidifies BW LPG's position as the world’s leading owner and operator of LPG vessels, enhancing its capabilities in the burgeoning liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) market.

The acquisition of the BW Pampero and its sister vessels aligns with BW LPG’s integrated service approach across the LPG value chain. This move increases BW LPG's total issued shares to 150,991,000 and reflects the company's solid share capital of USD 476,847,298. The collaboration with Avance Gas not only contributes to fleet enhancement but also reinforces BW LPG's financial position and strategic partnerships, essential for navigating the competitive landscape of the maritime and energy sectors.
