FETV and DIRECTV Advertising Forge Partnership to Enhance Family Entertainment Reach

Family Entertainment Television (FETV), the parent organization of family-centric networks FETV and FMC, announces a significant new partnership with DIRECTV Advertising. This collaboration, set to take effect on December 29, 2025, designates DIRECTV Advertising as the exclusive advertising sales agent for both networks. This partnership is anticipated to amplify the advertising capabilities of FETV and FMC, leveraging DIRECTV’s extensive experience in sales and operations within the advertising sector. Drew Sumrall, President and CEO of FETV, expresses enthusiasm for the collaboration, emphasizing that it will enable the company to broaden its reach, ensuring that family-friendly entertainment remains accessible to audiences across the nation.

FETV is known for its classic television programming, featuring beloved shows like "Emergency!," "Leave It to Beaver," and "Perry Mason." The channel has successfully positioned itself among the top 40 ad-supported cable networks during primetime, according to Nielsen ratings. The partnership with DIRECTV Advertising is expected to enhance this standing, allowing the networks to tap into new advertising opportunities while maintaining a commitment to providing trusted and brand-safe content. Amy Leifer, Chief Advertising Sales Officer for DIRECTV, highlights the importance of representing FETV and FMC, underscoring the networks' role in connecting quality entertainment with engaged viewers. This collaboration is poised to create a more robust advertising environment, benefitting both advertisers and the audience.

FMC, which focuses on family-friendly films, is also set to benefit from this new agreement. Its November programming includes a holiday special titled "Silver Bells and Silver Screens," showcasing classic Christmas films like "Miracle on 34th Street" (1947) and "Meet Me in St. Louis" (1944). Since its inception in 2013, FMC has dedicated itself to a 24-hour schedule of beloved films and series that resonate with family audiences, further solidifying its role in the family entertainment landscape. As the new advertising agreement unfolds, stakeholders anticipate that both networks will unlock substantial value and reach wider audiences, enhancing the overall family viewing experience.

In addition to the advertising partnership, FMC Corporation also engages in strategic initiatives to support sustainable agricultural practices. The company’s chairman and CEO, Pierre Brondeau, alongside CFO Andrew Sandifer, prepares for an upcoming presentation at the Goldman Sachs Industrials and Materials Conference on December 3, 2025. The conference will provide stakeholders with insights into FMC's strategic direction and innovations aimed at addressing the challenges faced by growers in a rapidly changing environmental landscape. FMC remains committed to delivering innovative crop protection solutions that prioritize both productivity and environmental responsibility.
