MGM Resorts Welcomes Gymkhana: A New Culinary Gem in Las Vegas
MGM Resorts International announces the impending arrival of Gymkhana, a Two Michelin-starred restaurant, at the ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, set to open this fall. Founded by the Sethi siblings of JKS Restaurants, Gymkhana brings a taste of London’s acclaimed Indian cuisine to the heart of Las Vegas, significantly enhancing the city's already vibrant culinary scene. This establishment draws inspiration from the traditional private clubs of India, aiming to create an elegant and sophisticated dining atmosphere that resonates with high-society gatherings.
The Las Vegas location promises to offer a distinctive menu featuring signature dishes such as tandoor-grilled specialties, regional curries, and fragrant biryanis, alongside chaat-style sharing plates that encourage communal dining. In addition to these beloved dishes, Gymkhana plans to introduce exclusive items tailored specifically for the U.S. market, ensuring that both locals and visitors experience something unique. The accompanying bar will elevate the experience further, offering Indian-inspired cocktails crafted from premium spirits, thus enhancing the overall appeal of the dining experience at ARIA.
Ayesha Molino, President & COO of ARIA, expresses enthusiasm about partnering with the JKS family, emphasizing Gymkhana's potential to become a global dining destination. This partnership aligns perfectly with ARIA’s reputation for excellence in hospitality and fine dining. As Gymkhana prepares to redefine luxury dining in Las Vegas, it positions itself as a pivotal part of MGM Resorts’ commitment to curating an exceptional food and beverage portfolio, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience that transcends traditional dining.
In addition to Gymkhana’s launch in Las Vegas, JKS Restaurants is also planning to open another concept named Ambassadors Clubhouse in New York City later this year. This expansion highlights the growing presence of JKS Restaurants across the United States, further showcasing their ambition to bring innovative culinary experiences to diverse markets. With these developments, MGM Resorts continues to enhance its offerings, solidifying its status as a leader in the hospitality and entertainment industry.
