DNOW Expands Water Management Capabilities Through Acquisition of Trojan Rentals
DNOW Inc. has completed its all-cash acquisition of Trojan Rentals, LLC, enhancing its water management solutions portfolio. This strategic move is part of DNOW’s ongoing effort to provide comprehensive offerings in water sourcing, transfer, recycling, and treatment. David Cherechinsky, President and CEO of DNOW, highlights that Trojan Rentals' robust reputation for customer service and its specialized products will significantly bolster DNOW’s capabilities in the water management sector. This acquisition marks the third addition to DNOW's strategy, which is focused on delivering integrated water management solutions that cater to the growing needs of various markets.
Trojan Rentals, founded in 2016 and based in Odessa, Texas, specializes in pump rentals, automation technology, and sales of layflat hose and related equipment. The company employs around 90 individuals and serves a diverse clientele, including upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors, municipal entities, and industrial users. DNOW’s integration of Trojan’s automation services into its expanding U.S. Process Solutions business is expected to further meet the rising demand for sophisticated water management solutions across these industries, providing a more versatile approach to water-related challenges.
