Weekend Escapes and Expedition Packages Aim to Reignite Demand
Travelzoo Unveils Three New UK Club Offers
Travelzoo is rolling out three new Club Offers for UK members, combining short-break value with a long-haul nature expedition. The centerpiece bargain is a £79 bed-and-breakfast for two valid on Sundays throughout 2026 at any of 36 Coaching Inn Group country inns. The offer includes overnight accommodation in a Classic Room and a full English breakfast at properties ranging from a Cornwall smugglers’ inn to a North Yorkshire manor and a Welsh seaside retreat, with availability limited by inventory.
Alongside the low‑cost Sunday breaks, Travelzoo is promoting an escorted Amazon Rainforest, Galápagos & Volcanoes tour priced at £2,499 per person. The 10-night Ecuador itinerary begins in Quito, visits San Cristóbal and the Amazon, and covers flights, baggage, hotels and transfers. Travelzoo advertises the package as saving roughly £1,300 off usual pricing, positioning it as a curated natural-history experience that follows Charles Darwin’s footsteps and targets travellers seeking immersive, booked-for-you expeditions.
A mid-haul option targets cultural and wellness demand with a four‑night Tuscany package from £254 per person. Based in Montecatini Terme, the offer includes daily breakfast and dinner, return train tickets to Florence for a daytrip, a wine tasting, thermal spa entry, funicular passes and flights from six UK airports. Travelzoo states savings of 31–41% versus booking components separately and notes that all three offers have limited inventory and are time‑sensitive, encouraging swift booking by members.
Curated club model and sourcing reach
Travelzoo emphasises its curated club model, saying deal experts rigorously vet and negotiate each Club Offer on behalf of members. The company highlights relationships with thousands of travel companies and a network that reaches about 30 million travellers, which it says helps secure preferential pricing, packages and inclusions that are difficult to replicate when booking independently.
Corporate disclosure timing for context
Separately, Travelzoo files its Q4 earnings report as scheduled on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026 at 07:30 a.m. ET, providing the formal quarterly financials and management commentary that stakeholders use to assess performance and strategy. The company’s disclosure schedule remains a routine part of market and media workflows but is distinct from these consumer-facing product announcements.
