Copper Fox Metals, Inc. is a resource development company, which engages in the exploration and development of copper properties. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Northern Fox Copper Inc. and Desert Fox Copper Inc., holds 100% ownership of the Van Dyke in-situ copper recovery (ISCR) project, and the Mineral Mountain and Sombrero Butte porphyry copper exploration projects, all located in Arizona; the 25% interest in the Schaft Creek Joint Venture on the Schaft Creek copper-gold-molybdenum-silver project and holds the 100% owned Eaglehead polymetallic porphyry copper project each located in northwestern British Columbia. The Van Dyke copper project, a brownfield advanced ISCR project, is located in the prolific Globe-Miami porphyry copper mining district. Sombrero Butte is a Laramide age, exploration stage, porphyry copper project located in the Bunker Hill Mining District. Its Mineral Mountain project is located in Florence, Arizona.
