Lomiko Metals, Inc. is an exploration company, which engages in the acquisition and development of minerals properties. The La Loutre project site is within the Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg (KZA) First Nation’s territory. Located about 180 kilometers (km) northwest of Montreal, the property consists of one large, continuous block with 76 mineral claims totaling about 4,528 hectares (ha). The Company’s Bourier Lithium property consists of 203 mining claims, covering approximately 102.52 square kilometers, located in the Nemiscau Greenstone belt. The firm has staked approximately 328 mineral claims covering 18,622 ha on seven blocks in the Laurentian region of Quebec, approximately 200 kilometers (km) northwest of Montreal within the Kitigan Zibi First Nation’s territory. The company has also entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Yellow Fox Property located approximately 10 km southwest of the Town of Glenwood, Newfoundland, Canada.
