The Phase 1A Project is a brownfield project being developed in cooperation with LANXESS Corp. The South West Arkansas Project is a greenfield project located approximately 15 miles to the west of the LANXESS facilities. In addition, the Company also has an interest in certain mineral leases located in the Mojave Desert in San Bernardino County, California.
