The project consists of over 82 unpatented lode mining claims covering approximately 666 hectares and one State of Wyoming mineral lease covering over 266 hectares. The Agate Project is in the Shirley Basin Uranium District, east-central Wyoming. The Agate property consists of approximately 100 wholly owned lode mining claims covering 840.12 hectares. The Beaver Rim project is located in the Gas Hills Uranium District, Central Wyoming. The project consists of approximately 265 lode mining claims totaling 2,272 hectares.
