The property area is underlain by lower to middle Jurassic marine sedimentary and volcanic rock of the Hazelton group geology. The Spanish Mountain West Property consists of four prospective mineral claims with over 1,000 hectares in the Spanish Mountain Gold Camp. Portions of the property included ground under the GAP, CEDAR CREEK and Jun 11 showings. The company also holds 100% interest in Kena Property, which it has optioned to Upside Gold Corp.
