Buffalo Large Cap Fund

The Buffalo Large Cap Fund primarily channels its investments, committing a minimum of 80% of its total net assets, into a diverse portfolio of equity-based instruments. These instruments encompass common stock, preferred stock, convertible securities, warrants, and rights, all issued by corporations with substantial market capitalization (large-cap companies). Additionally, the fund has the flexibility to allocate up to 20% of its net assets to American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), whether sponsored or unsponsored, as well as to securities from international companies that are publicly traded on U.S. stock exchanges.
