Calvert Small-Cap Fund

The fund primarily invests in small-capitalization companies, dedicating a minimum of 80% of its total capital (including any borrowed funds for investment purposes) to their common stocks. Management defines these smaller enterprises as those whose market capitalization falls within the range of the Russell 2000® Index at the time of purchase. Additionally, the fund is permitted to allocate up to 25% of its net assets to international securities.
