Cohen & Steers Institutional Realty Shares

This fund primarily focuses on equity investments in real estate companies, allocating at least 80% – and usually almost all – of its total assets to their common stocks and other equity securities. Up to 20% of its portfolio may be directed towards foreign issuers, including those in emerging markets, provided these non-U.S. companies meet the same real estate investment criteria as their domestic counterparts. These international holdings can include American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), and European Depositary Receipts (EDRs). The fund operates as a non-diversified vehicle.
