To achieve its objectives, this fund habitually allocates a substantial portion—at least 80%—of its net assets, along with any investment-related borrowings, to shares of small-capitalization companies. The fund's manager defines small-cap entities as those with market valuations comparable to the constituents of the Russell 2000® Index, which is also the benchmark against which the fund's performance is measured.
