Nuveen Large Cap Select Fund

Under typical market conditions, this fund primarily deploys its capital – comprising at least 80% of its net assets combined with any investment-related borrowings – into the equity securities of major corporations. These are defined as large-capitalization companies with a market value of $5 billion or more. Additionally, the fund has the flexibility to allocate up to 15% of its overall assets to international equities from non-U.S. issuers, provided they are not denominated in U.S. dollars.
