Lazard Global Listed Infrastructure Portfolio Open Shares

The main goal of this portfolio is to achieve comprehensive financial growth for its investors. It predominantly channels its investments into equity instruments, specifically common shares, of companies operating within the infrastructure sphere, maintaining a concentrated focus on industries emblematic of infrastructure. A significant portion, specifically at least 80% of its total assets, is dedicated to these infrastructure-related equity securities. Such enterprises encompass a broad range, including utilities, pipeline operators, toll road authorities, airports, railroad companies, port facilities, telecommunications providers, and other foundational infrastructure businesses. Crucially, all these invested securities must be publicly listed on a national or an officially recognized stock exchange.
