This fund primarily channels its investments into common and preferred shares issued by sizable corporations. Under typical market conditions, a minimum of 80% of its net assets, combined with any borrowed capital utilized for investment, is allocated to securities of such large-capitalization enterprises. The sub-advisor employs a value-oriented strategy, seeking out high-quality businesses that they believe are trading below their inherent worth in the market. Additionally, the fund has the flexibility to commit up to one-fifth of its total holdings to international companies, including those operating in nascent economies.
