The Hodges Blue Chip Equity Income Fund allocates at least 80% of its total investment capital (which includes both net assets and any borrowed funds) to income-generating equity securities issued by major corporations. The fund primarily targets the common stock of these large-capitalization companies. According to the adviser's criteria, a "large-cap" company is defined by having a market valuation at the time of acquisition that falls within the typical range of companies comprising the S&P 500® Index.
