Lazard International Small Cap Equity Portfolio Open Shares

The fund predominantly invests in the common stock of relatively small, non-U.S. companies. The Investment Manager identifies these businesses as undervalued by analyzing their earnings, cash flow, or underlying asset values. For the purpose of this portfolio, a "small non-U.S. company" is defined as one whose market capitalization, at the time of its initial acquisition, is between $300 million and $5 billion, or falls within the typical range of companies comprising the MSCI EAFE Small Cap Index.
