AMG Veritas Global Focus Fund - Class N

This fund's primary objective is to achieve long-term growth in capital. It strategically invests in a focused collection of global equity securities, identified through a meticulous bottom-up stock selection process that also incorporates specific strategic themes outlined by its sub-adviser. While predominantly targeting mid-to-large capitalization companies, the fund retains the option to invest in smaller-capitalization businesses. A minimum of 35% of its net assets will be allocated to investments economically linked to at least three countries outside the United States.
