NMP Acquisition Corp. Units

This tradable financial instrument, referred to as a "right," is issued by NMP Acquisition Corp., a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC). It grants the holder the future claim to receive one-fifth (⅕) of a Class A ordinary share. This entitlement becomes active only upon the successful completion of the company’s initial business combination. These rights are integrated components of SPAC units and are distinct from traditional warrants.
