Ordinarily, this fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets, combined with any borrowed capital used for investment, to the equity shares of companies primarily operating within the real estate sector at the time of purchase. Its holdings in equity securities are not constrained by market capitalization, meaning it invests across small, medium, and large-sized firms. The fund also adopts a concentrated approach, committing more than 25% of its net assets specifically to securities within the real estate industry. Consequently, it is classified as a non-diversified fund.
