PGIM Quant Solutions Mid-Cap Value Fund

This fund primarily allocates a significant portion, no less than 80%, of its investable capital to common stocks and other equity-linked investments from mid-sized companies. The sub-adviser identifies these mid-cap firms as those possessing market capitalizations comparable to companies within the Russell Midcap Index at the time of initial purchase. While predominantly focused on U.S. equities and related securities, the portfolio also maintains the option to invest up to a quarter of its total assets in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
