The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Portfolio invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity and equity-related securities of or related to Next Gen Technologies Companies throughout the world in approximately 40 to 60 companies.
