Third Avenue Real Estate Value Fund

The fund primarily aims to achieve its objective by investing in equity securities, including common stocks and convertible instruments. These target well-capitalized companies in the real estate sector, firms linked to real estate, businesses holding substantial real estate assets, or those that, at the time of purchase, derive a significant portion of their revenue or profit from real estate-related activities. Ordinarily, a minimum of 80% of the fund's net assets (plus any borrowed capital for investment) will be allocated to securities of real estate and real estate-related companies.
