This fund strategically diversifies its investments across a mix of stocks, bonds, and short-term liquid assets. A minimum of 50% of its net holdings are dedicated to equity instruments, which include common and preferred shares, or securities convertible into common stock, regardless of whether they pay dividends. The remainder of the portfolio is predominantly channeled into U.S. government debt, corporate bonds rated as investment-grade (from AAA to BBB when purchased), other fixed-income products, or cash equivalents.
