Virtus Duff & Phelps Global Real Estate Securities Fund

This fund aims to provide investors with broad, international exposure to the real estate equity market. It primarily focuses on companies that own and operate properties, seeking those that generate consistent revenue from rental income. A minimum of 80% of its assets are allocated to equity securities issued by real estate-centric businesses, both within the U.S. and abroad, regardless of their market capitalization. These investments include various types of shares, such as common and preferred stock, as well as specialized structures like Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and similar entities.
