VisionWave Holdings, Inc. Warrant

These are publicly traded warrants issued by VisionWave Holdings, Inc., previously known as Bannix Acquisition Corp. Each warrant grants the owner the right to purchase one share of the company's common stock for a price of $11.50. This option will become available for exercise 30 days after the finalization of the business combination, with the understanding that these terms may be subject to future modifications.
